Company History
CNR BUILDERS was established on September 08, 2003. Within a short period, our business achievements were so remarkable that our relatives and friends persuaded us to transition from a single proprietorship to a corporation. Consequently, on January 25, 2005, our incorporation documents were approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), formalizing the corporate existence of CNR CONSTRUCTION & METAL WORKS CORP. As sanctioned by the SEC, CNR CONSTRUCTION & METAL WORKS CORP. has an authorized capital stock of Twenty Million Pesos (₱20,000,000.00). Of this amount, 25% was subscribed, and 25% of the subscribed capital was paid off.
